I just thought I’d drop by to let you know that Mechanical Organic’s third album/EP has been released. The album title is Disrepair Part Two – The Pleasure Fled and it contains the 17 minute epic “Into The Fangs Of Lunacy”. Our sound is a strange musical blend of Heavy, Electronic, Ambient, Progressive, Political and Conspiratorial elements.
And just to give you a little insight into the current line up –
Eddie Katz – Lead Vocals, Backing Harmonies, Programming and Keyboards – (Ex – Vauxdvihl, Ex – Where Echoes End, Pathway to Perception)
Connie D – Heavy and lead Guitar – (Spasticator)
Evan Harris – Bass, Fretless Bass, Chapman and NS Stick (Ex – Taramis, Eyefear, Black Majesty, Spasticator)
The game plan for Mechanical Organic over the next few years will see us moving towards releasing longer style songs, possibly around the 15 to 30 minute mark in length. We will endeavour to write and record two of these epic style tracks per year and release them as EP’s.
